Luke Stamps is one of my former preaching students at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary who now swerves as Assistant Professor of Christian Studies at California Baptist University (OPS). He is also a Ph.D. candidate at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in systematic theology. Luke is writing his dissertation in the field of Christology. His article from Credo is an excellent reminder “that Christ isn’t merely the climactic event of the biblical story; he is the story.” His point is vital for faithful Christ-centered biblical interpretation and proclamation.
